The Mercy Mindset Coaching Sessions with Shabana, also known through her @themercyqueen podcast on YouTube and Spotify, are designed to guide you into a way of living rooted in one powerful intention: mercy.
Mercy is a profound and evolved state of being. But how do we embody it in everyday life? The answer lies in learning how self-compassion and self-awareness walk hand in hand—so that we do not become complacent in our growth, nor harsh with ourselves in the process. The Mercy Mindset teaches you how to pursue change without overcomplicating it, and how to move through life’s trials, joys, and adventures with sensitivity, courage, and grace—for yourself and for others.
When you choose to be coached by The Mercy Queen, my hope is that you begin to recognize your own inner authority—to crown yourself the King or Queen of your own journey. True royalty has little to do with external adornments and everything to do with the internal standards we set for who we choose to become. Growth, integrity, healing, and self-mastery are the real crowns we wear.
Because the truth is this: the journey itself is what makes life worth living.
In our work together, we move one topic, one goal, one layer at a time—set by you, not by me. We explore fear, anxiety, pain, and resistance, not to erase them, but to transform them into teachers. Every obstacle becomes a doorway into deeper self-understanding, clarity, and emotional freedom.
I am a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach, and the Mercy Mindset was developed by me as a living reminder of the core of his teachings—combined with my own lived experience. My guiding message is simple yet powerful:
